Product Spotlight: Guide to Outdoor Signage

By , July 26, 2017

Whether you’re a retail store, a real estate agent, a law firm, a local restaurant, or a gym, your outdoor signage can have a powerful impact on your business. “Signs attract 50 percent of a startup’s new business.” [IG Sign] They are also a powerful way to forge a relationship with your customer (for more on this, be sure to read our post 4 Things Signs and Banners Will Do For Your Business).

The type of signage that you use depends upon your needs. Here’s a quick guide to the most popular outdoor signage types that Conlin’s carries. And we don’t just print your signage – we install it too!

Building Wrap: Our building wrap can be installed on outdoor walls – including brick, cement, siding, and more. There’s a lot of room to get creative with this material!

Car Magnets: Magnets are a great way to add temporary signage to your car. If you have a vehicle that you only sometimes use for business, or if you don’t want to commit to a full vehicle wrap, then a magnet is the way to go! We can cut in a variety of shapes, so no need to stick to the square design shown below.

Dibond Signs: Our Zund Cutter is powerful enough to cut aluminum, we means that we can make parking signs (shown) as well as other outdoor directional signage.

Door & Window Signage: There are all kinds of options for dressing up your shop windows. This image includes window perf (more on those below), vinyl lettering,

Lawn Signs: The simple lawn sign is a great promotional tool for politicians, landscape companies, realtors, and more. Stick to a standard rectangle, or use digital cutting to take your design to the next level (shown).

Outdoor Vinyl: Outdoor banners are great for promoting a grand opening or special sale, but they are also a great portable option for outdoor events. There are a variety of materials and hanging options available – our picture shows a banner with grommets.

Real Estate Signage: This is a very professional looking signage option that’s great for real estate advertising, among other things. This requires installation, which we provide!

Vehicle Decals: Turn your car into a mobile advertisement for your business with vehicle decals! Check out our install video.

Window Clings: Window clings are the perfect option for any window signage that’s seasonal or that gets updated often. Use them to promote sales, holidays, and more!

Window Perfs: The great thing about window perfs is that you can still see out, but passersby can’t see in. They don’t block light from entering! They can be used in storefront windows, buses, and more.
