In order to ensure successful mail automation, your designs need to be the correct size for our machines. What does that mean? Creating the correct size materials, like smaller inserts, will allow our automated machines to process your mail projects properly.
For example, if you have an insert going into an invitation style envelope, downsize your cards. Instead of designing a 5″ x 7″ card to fit in an A7 envelope, design a 4.65″ x 6.65″ card so it can be machine inserted.
